MY KITTY SEDONA

I feel so bad for her right now as we picked her up last night at the vets. She went in to get "fixed". The poor thing has the cone over her head so she won't lick at the stitches and she just looks at me so sadly. She is such a love and I can't wait until we can take it off her head. Of course our other cat, Freedom, she was so lonely while the other was at the vets and I was afraid when we brought her home that we might have a problem with the two of them. I didn't have to worry as Freedom is very protective of her and is just watching over her.
So tonight I worked on two different pair of socks and got bored so I pulled out my sweater and did a little on that one. I now want to make another booga bag but really do I need to start another project. I think not.
My grandaughter, Sarah is coming to visit us on May 1st for a week so I am sure I won't accomplish much on the knitting front. I will continue to read blogs to see what everyone is up to. Well, that is it for tonight time for Sedona to get her meds and then off to bed for me.

Well that stinks about Sedona. Hey, remember Ry used to call one of your other cats 'the bad cat' in that little accent of his? I have no idea where he aquired his little accent, but I sometimes still detect it in certain words.
Maybe you can figure out how to post pictures and show us some when Sarah is there.

I sure wish I could figure out how to do pictures. Gayle came over the over day and she can't figure it out. We are thinking that the computer is too old. Yes, I remember Ry calling Nevada the bad cat. Oh, and Gayle and I are going to try getting together on Thurs nights (after Sarah is gone) and I am going to teach her how to make socks. Should be fun.

Poor Sedona! Two of my cats will be 11 on Tuesday. The male has urinary tract disease and almost died from it when he was 11 months old. He had a cone to keep him away from the catheter, but the little bugger got around it. They cut an x-ray and made a bigger one. Then he got his foot up and kicked the catheter, so they had to tie his feet together! He was quite the sight. I have three cats altogether, and there's always a huge fight when one goes to the vet and comes home. Well, they don't beat each other up, but there's lots of hissing, growling, and avoidance going on!

Hi Lexa
Funny you should mention getting around the cone. Sedona decided she had enough of it on Sunday. My husband went into the kitchen and there it was on the floor. It is amazing how loving she is now that she has had her operation. We have two cats and love them to pieces.
