SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY MORNING

Well, I tried to catch up on my blogging after dinner and did fairly well. I decided to go in and do some knitting, wanted to finish my socks ...Well, my hubby , who is into stars and moon watching decided to take my digital camara out and take some photos..he does this quiet often so I wasn't concerned....anyway on his way back in our darling kitty, Sedona, decided to scoot out the door and he tried to grab her and don't you know the camara fell and in now broken....He was so upset and the poor dear didn't sleep last night .... this morning he told me he would buy me a new one...so now I need a new camara and a computer to show pictures...This morning I was so down about my camara that I went on the web site and bought myself some more sock yarn...I know it probably wasn't a good excuse but I just couldn't help myself...
I did however finish one sock of the Sockotta and the one Dublin Bay between Friday night and Saturday night. Now I am off to my Sunday bingo hoping I can win enough to buy both a computer and camara....probably not going to happen but a girl can dream can't she????

Oh, that stinks! He must feel horrible. Digitals are pretty cheap now, you don't need anything too extravagant. I was in Best Buy the other week and saw them as low as 75.00.

I got mine (Kodak) at Wal Mart for less than $100, and it does well. I had a Pentax Optio at one time that was WONDERFUL. It was stolen and I hate that!

Oh, and what yarn did you buy?

Melissa, I bought 4 skeins of Panda Wool and one skein of CHT. Can't wait to get them.

It sounds like a good reason to me for a yarn shopping expedition. Hopefully we will get to see that lovely new yarn too.
