RIP, RIP RIP

Ok, so I had my father's socks almost done....I looked at them and really did not like them....so I ripped them all out..I tried them on two circs and just don't like the way they were looking....way to big for one thing....I find it easier with 4 needles so I guess I will do him another pair on the 4 needles...
In other works in progress, I guess that is what you call them. . . I am working on another booga bag..my summer tank sits there looking at me and summer will be over and it will have to wait for next year. I have been looking through patterns to make a sweater for my year old grandaughter and I just might go out today and buy some yarn...like I need more..NOT...I have my Dublin Bay socks just about complete. I just need to do the toe on the second sock..I really like this pattern and I might try another pair with some yarn that my daughter sent me for mother's day..
I am off work today and hubby is working so I have until he gets home around 3pm to do what I want...when he gets home we are off to do some errands...(find a father's day gift for my dad).
I am thinking we might need to stop by the book store as I would like to check out the book Last minute knitted gifts....what do you think???

Oh no! I hate that you had to frog the whole thing! :)
No idea for gifts as I don't even have anything for my own dad picked out yet.

Oh yes, I do like that book. I have a bad habit, heehee. I buy knitting books and hardly ever knit anything out of them. Bad, I know.

Don't feel bad, we all have those dreaded froggin' moments. I usually try to wait a day or two to make for sure that's what I want to do (yep, I have frogged in anger and regretted it LOL), unless I'm really disgusted!

I've never tried the circulars for socks, but I've always wanted to. I agree with Knitpastis that I love working with my bamboo DPs!
