I came home from work last night to find a package from littleknits. I am the proud owner of "Austerman Step" yarn. I have heard such wonderful things about it and had to try it out. So ,hubby will be getting a pair of socks right after the holidays. Speaking of hubby, he went out and did his shopping on Tues, lots of interesting packages under the tree.....he knows I have wanted more of the Harmony needles from knitpicks so he told me to just order them and consider it one of my gifts. I can't wait for them to arrive as they are the best dpn's I have tried.
I am sure everyone is busy with holiday shopping, cooking and planning so I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Looking forward to seeing everyones after holiday knitting.

Oh, I am so glad that you got what you wanted for Christmas, the needles. I have heard of this yarn you just got in the mail but haven't tried it yet, at least that I remember. Merry Christmas to you and your family sweetie!
ps. What is the sock pattern that you made?
I just started the socks last night and do love the yarn. My needles are back ordered until the 4th but I can certainly wait.
The pattern that I used on my socks that went out for Christmas was the baby ribbed cable and also the dublin bay. Both pair were loved.....
