SWEATER AND SOCKS

I have been busy working on a pair of Breeze socks...my problem is that I love to knit during my lunchtime at work but I have a co-worker who for whatever reason likes to come in and "talk" with me while I am knitting...now with Breeze socks I feel I need to keep track of what I am doing...do you think she understands this??? NO, she keeps right on talking...she has even suggested that I teach her how to knit..now mind you I wouldn't mind but I feel that I will be doing her knitting and not mine...I honestly don't think she has it in her to knit...
My other project is my granddaughter's sweater...I am almost done with it...I could finish it tonight but decided to catch up on my blogging and emailing...I believe my next pair of socks will be the Monkey socks...I have just the right person for these in mind....
Oh, and I sent my daughter Pamela a package for her birthday and I hope she will share it with all the readers when it arrives..
Have a great day everyone.

It's nice to get an update. :)

I know what you mean about people having a need to talk just at the wrong time...happens to me a lot.

I haven't done the Monkey Socks yet but think I may have to.

Maybe if you teach her she will be silent while concentrating on her knitting, that it turns out is not as easy as you always made it look? Good luck!

Which pattern are you using for the granddaughter's sweater?
I have not knot the monkey socks yet either. I don't know what I was doiong when that bandwagon started around. I hear they are much easier than they look.

Oh, I can't wait! I would teach her, then she will have to concentrate on her own knitting.

Maybe you're all right I should teach her and then she might be quiet or I could go talk with her while she is having lunch... lol the pattern for the sweater Monica is called "Mock Cable" I found it at Michaels. Love it too.

Can't wait to see how you're Breeze socks are coming along. I love the pattern and totally understand what you meant about having to pay attention while knitting it. I had a redo a few rows on mine while watching a really good movie that had distracted me!
